He has worked for national real estate companies, including Forest City Enterprise and Prime Retail, and has traveled across the U.S. managing over 3 million square feet of retail, office and commercial property. Tommy is known for his diligent service and experience in shopping center operations, landlord representation, and lease negotiation. His experience has enabled him to consistently incorporate best practices into property management.

Sandra is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of accounting experience. She was the co-owner of a family-owned and operated business and handled accounting and management tasks for a large retail office supplier and a Fortune 100 manufacturing company. She has also served as Operations Manager and Acting Executive Director of a non-profit community-based organization. Sandra has extensive experience in all aspects of financial management, P&L analysis, leadership and problem-solving skills, and maintains a track record of productive contributions.
